History

Sam Central Iron Ore Development Company – closely held as the financing and investment arm of Iran Central Iron Ore in 2022 with the aim of providing consulting services, all activities related to investment, participating in all internal and international tenders and auctions, buying and selling stock for the company, using the financial and credit facilities of internal and external banks and financial and credit institutions, goods release from Customs, contract with all real and legal persons was established.

The company is located in Tehran and has no branch.

The main shareholder of the company is Iran Central Iron Ore, whose main office is located in Tehran and the mining and industrial complex is located in Bafaq city. Also, Gohran Choghart Bafaq Industrial and Mining Industry and Paishgaran – e Beh-azma Choghart are also among the company’s shareholders.

Asset management

Any resource that has economic value and individuals or companies can benefit from this resource and gain income in the future is considered an asset. In other words, assets are all property and rights that can be converted into cash. Assets may be tangible or intangible. In terms of liquidity, they are divided into two types of current and non-current assets.

Asset management is a process that is done to maintain asset value and in which all or part of the investor’s portfolio is managed by a company or team. Basically, asset management has two general definitions. One is related to the financial affairs of companies and the other is related to consulting services. In corporate finance, asset management is a process that maintains the tangible assets of a company and causes the best and greatest use of the company’s assets.

Asset management in the form of consulting services means investing on behalf of others and indirectly. In this sense, asset management is a process in which an individual or financial institution maintains and develops client assets over time. It also manages and reduces its risk at the same time.

Financing

Financing: Financing is the process of providing required financial resources for business activities, including investment, business development, equipment purchase, etc. The purpose of financing is investment, profitability, risk reduction and meeting the economic and social needs of the complex.

Payment of current and overdue debts, development of business and investment activities, reduction of risk caused by the increase in inflation to the company, completion of development projects, implementation of the financial cycle in accordance with plans and projects and compensating for delays are among the importance of financing.

The process of financing in the central iron ore development company includes; Issuance of standard parallel forward bonds, foreign currency financing, opening internal letter of credit, dept buyers, credit discount of internal documents and productive credit certificate bond fund.

Financial services

In general, financial services are economic services provided by the financial industry that include a wide range of businesses and manage money. Financial services are one of the most important and influential sectors of the economy. The financial services sector is the main driver of a country’s economy, in fact, it provides the free flow of capital and liquidity in the market. When this sector is strong, the economy grows and companies in this industry can better manage the existing risk.
